Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of KIKUGO, the Chrome extension and the website at kikugo.app. KIKUGO is run by Bruce Rosier, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. By creating an account or using KIKUGO, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to save cards and use the full product. Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.

Free trial

New accounts can start a 7-day free trial. We ask for a card when the trial starts, and there's one free trial per person. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you don't, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and your card is charged for the plan you picked.

Subscriptions and billing

KIKUGO Pro is billed monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. If we change a price, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a payment, email us. We look at each refund request case by case. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Fair use

Use KIKUGO for your own learning. Don't resell it, share your account, try to get around plan limits, scrape the service, or use it to break the law or anyone else's rights. We may suspend an account that does.

Explanations

Explanations are generated by AI. They're usually helpful, but they can be wrong, so double check anything that matters. KIKUGO works alongside the Netflix account you already have; it doesn't give you access to any show.

Your content

The cards you save are yours. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete them as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

We work hard to keep KIKUGO running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll email you before it takes effect. If you keep using KIKUGO after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep any protections its consumer laws give you.
